Information we collect
We collect the data you provide when making a booking or contacting us: name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests, and billing details. When you pay online, your card details are processed directly by our payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) through cookies for the site to function.
How we use your data
We use your information to manage and confirm your bookings, process payments and applicable charges, communicate with you before, during, and after your stay, comply with legal and tax obligations in the Dominican Republic, and —only with your consent— send you offers and news.
Who we share data with
We share data only with providers necessary to deliver the service: our property management platform (Guesty), payment processors, booking channels (such as Airbnb and Booking.com when you book through them), and providers of additional services you request (transportation, chef, excursions). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your preferences (language, currency) and improve your experience. You can disable them in your browser, though some features may stop working correctly.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time, by writing to reservations@costaatlanticapc.com.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to manage your booking and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
