Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern bookings and stays at Costa Atlántica Punta Cana. By booking you accept the conditions described below.
Bookings and payments
Bookings can be made on our website, via WhatsApp, or through channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com. A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit is received. All prices are shown in the selected currency and include the applicable taxes and charges under Dominican law.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. We offer early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and possible additional charges.
Guests and occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the booked apartment. Beyond the maximum number of people we apply additional charges per night. Babies under 2 years old incur no additional charge. Costa Atlántica is pet friendly.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable. No Show results in no refund. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Use of the property
The guest agrees to take care of the apartment and common areas (pool, gym, garden, and beach access), to respect other guests and neighbors, and to be liable for any damage caused during the stay.
Additional services
Services such as private transportation, private chef, and excursions are available on request and may carry additional charges, subject to availability.
Liability
Costa Atlántica is not responsible for lost personal belongings or for force majeure circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
